During August, Alex Telfer spent some time on the island of Ko-Kut which is a largely undeveloped island in the Trat Province in the Gulf of Thailand. It is the eastern most island before Cambodia.
The images were shot with a loose 'back to basics' feel using the Leica M9 - no flash, no large camera system. Due to the versatile nature of the camera and photographic style, the people responded well.
Alex spent time with a local guide, who took him off the beaten track and introduced him to his community. Enjoy the imagery.
